There are endless diets and endless opinions on how to loss weight with a so called fat burning diet. What the heck is a fat burning diet anyway, and what is the difference between the fat burning one and any other one? The fact is, any diet that helps you lose weight could technically fall in to the fat burning category.
The only way to drop fat off of your body is to take in fewer calories than you burn or to burn the fat away. Although any diet could be a fat burning one, there definitely are things you can do to speed up the process and it all starts with a decision.
The first question you need to ask yourself is, do you want to lose weight or do you simply want to reduce body fat? This is an important difference because if all you want to do is lose weight then you can severely cut back on the food you eat and you will lose weight. The problem occurs later when you try to maintain the weight loss. You will often find that people who simply try to lose weight at any cost will often pay a heavy price and ultimately end up worse off than when they started.
Losing weight is heavily determined by the type of diet you eat but also by several other factors such as drive, discipline, goals, and exercise. What you soon will find is that there just aren’t that many diets that work because it isn’t so much about the tricks as it is about the techniques and more importantly, the reason behind those techniques.
So it turns out the best fat burning diet is the one you will do. Eating healthy is something that is almost hard wired in us, you and everyone else already knows how to eat, you just don’t want to.
Having said all of this, the best thing you can do is to eat several small meals a day. Try eating at the same time everyday and prepare your meals in advance if you need to. It also helps to prepare large meals that can be broken down into several smaller meals. It will help lose body fat even faster if you start a weight training regimen and start doing cardio vascular exercise. Do not eat foods that are calorically dense very often and even when you do they should be healthier options like olive oil and fish oil.
So it turns out you don’t really need a special fat burning diet, you simply need to decide to start living a healthy lifestyle.
